Colourful Peacock on canvas

My love for peacocks are infinite! I love the majestic colours of their feathers, they have the power to mesmerize. Don't you think?

I have been painting peacocks a lot over the summer/lock-down and I finally put this one on canvas. I used Holbein Acryla gouache and acrylic, plus some golden paint.

The canvas measures 20x20 cm and it has the most vibrant colours ever!

I decide to call him Indian Dream. It has in the middle of his feathers a Inner Eye, that one that sees all :P I inspired my self in the almighty George Harrison.

Latin Hispanic silver ring earrings - Get the Latin Look. :P

Working with metals have been a blessing. The opportunity came into my life when I was thirsty for new things, new challenges. I was so lucky to enrol in a college and have the best teacher ever!  A fantastic man from Florence, Italy, who knew so much and he was always willing to teach us the best way possible.

A friend requested to have something Latin/Hispanic and this was the result. Shes was so pleased. The good thing about designed pieces is that it can always be altered. Because I am the one making them, I can modify them as I please.

This creation was inspired and Andalusia or the Havana. The little disc  holding blindly the big ring gives the earring a simple and modern feel.

They were made in sterling silver and they were cut and polish by me. I felt that a metal brush polish was needed to achieve the matte shine.

These are not on my Etsy shop Bazaar de Lory

They can be ordered directly.

Jellyfish sterling silver earrings with lapis lazuli (Etsy)

💙
‘They just came out of the oven’- as we say in Spanish!
They are 6cm Silver stud earrings in a sahpe of a jellyfish. Aren't they gorgeous? The silver has been treated, it is called 'Reticulated silver', expose constantly to the fire. I decided to put silver chains and lapis lazuli stone in order to create a playful movement.
All handmade in my studio in Cambridgeshire, of course!

Sagrado Corazon de Jesus sobre tela. Sacred Heart Of Jesus on Canvas

My family back in Chile were extremely devoted Catholics. This is the time were almost everyone was in South America. It was the Spanish Heritage, language and religion. We may argue all we can or want, but that it how it was.

The Sacred Heart of Jesus played a very important part in my upbringing, therefore has a very special meaning for me. All over South America, people paint and depict it in glorious different versions, this one in mine.

I had to put a lot of colours! That is who I am, could not make it otherwise. :)

I used Holbein Acryla Gouache on canvas 22x22.

You can also find it in my Etsy shop.  BAZAAR DE LORY

Look at the flowers in her head... she comes in colours. Girl with flower head.

 Hola,

I so much like this painting using the same technique of the 'Cambridge Bike'. Holbein acryla gouache on canvas with extremely vibrant colours.

I really love painting on canvas framed on an embroidery hoop, it holds the piece nicely.

This girl seems bored and sad with the whole pandemic situation but from her  hair, love and hope come to live.

This one it has been already sold, but I always willing to do another one :)
