Since
the children started their summer holiday, we have done so much to mention! We had
a lovely sunny week and that was every day/all day outdoor activities.
I have
had a bit of holidays myself as I refused to cook and we went out for dinner every day!
That is the way!
We have
had as well a fantastic time watching the London Olympics and we are now convinced
that we would like to attend to the Paralympics games, soon after the Olympics.
That would be so much fun for the children!
I have
experienced the tremendous joy of watching Team GB winning 17 GOLD medals,
placing them 3rd - position right after USA and China. I get the thrill of
listening to the National anthem and I get so emotional, those athletes have
worked so hard to get there and Gold is the recognition of their careers,
making proud a whole nation. Well done Great Britain, I salute with so much
respect!
* By the end of my blogging I was watching the men's vault and I saw the Chilean gymnast Tomas Gonzalez competing for my country; among the best, he ended up in 4th place and my heart went crazy... I guess I cannot denied I am Chilean at heart!

Me he dado también
* Justo al final de
Sushi time.

Hi Lorybella, looks like you are having a fantastic summer. It must be so exciting to have the Olympics so close to home, what a privilege. I haven't been keeping up with it very much this time around, I've had a lot to deal with lately. But I will tell my hubby about the Chilean gymnast, he would love to keep up with that. GO CHILE!!!!
ReplyDeleteYour flowers are beautiful, and as usual your children adorable. When do classes begin in the UK? My grandchildren start on the 15th of August ( for private school) and one of then starts the last week of August ( public school).
Enjoy your little ones for what's left of the summer.
Cuidate XOXO

Well Angie, it really interests me the political/economical situation in the Middle East. From the Occidental perspective, one tends to put them all in "one bag", I get that a lot with LATIN AMERICA, when in fact are different countries, even though Latins. I guess is the same in The Middle East Arabian. It concerns me, Palestine and the injustice, and Syria fighting Syrians; really sad. I am happy that all is sound and calm for you and your family! xx
DeleteYa estoy en eso eñora!
