Pan amasado Chileno ~ Chilean hand kneaded bread

Another irresistible temptation is the kneaded Chilean bread just coming from the oven. This is a family recipe, a bit secret, a bit  of my personal touch, like everything I do. I prepared this exquisiteness of the popular Chilean cuisine to my children and soon we will eat them with avocado at tea time.

Receta luego/ recipe soon.

  1. Hello Lorena!
I have a new hobby: learning to make another food.
Maybe in time I will learn from you. Your stile is different from mine and all you make looks sooooo good. :)
I tried some different food and I liked it.
    Have a lovely day Lorena!

  2. Hi Lory.,
    Welcome to blogger!!!
I'm sitting here having my morning cuppa, wishing I had a chunk of your pan amasao with butter, so I'll have to ask my hubby to make some this afternoon. :)

I know I've been kinda lost lately, but I will soon get the blog ball rolling again. I've just had to get through a few of life's little glitches.

Your new home is just as warm and cozy as the last.

    Take care!!! Un beso. :)
